The AD33 is a multi-form factor card reader that brings reliability, security & an intuitive end-user experience to hard-wired access control installations. We support an expanding range of software features with state-of-the-art hardware, boasting IP65 & IK08 ratings for durability in harsh outdoor conditions. We leverage Verkada's OSDP-based protocol & an RS-485 connection with the access control unit to provide industry-leading access control security.
We offer customized features for end users & building aesthetics. Our ten indicators & feedback LEDs provide a sleek badging experience by displaying badge event status. The unit includes mullion & single gang mount plates for versatile installations on various surfaces & spaces.

LED behavior for an intuitive end user experience
- The feedback LED on the top of the unit displays white, green, or red to indicate that the status of the unit and any associated badge scan events.
- The 9 indicator LED lights display green or red feedback LEDs in response to successful and unsuccessful badge events and/or lock states.
- Red status and pulsing feedback LEDs display when a lockdown scenario or event has been triggered in Verkada Command, and that door cannot be unlocked.
